I-85 corridor — best-in-class resurfacing

Challenge. A high-volume interstate corridor needed a durable, smooth-riding resurfacing able to survive heavy truck traffic and a demanding climate.

What we did. Materials testing and quality assurance across the program — binder and mixture verification, volumetrics and in-place density — to keep the mat on specification.

Result. A corridor recognised with a Best-in-Class Transportation Award for quality and ride.

International airport terminal and airfield

International airport pavement design

Challenge. An international airfield required a structural pavement engineered for repeated heavy-aircraft loading and tropical conditions.

What we did. Structural pavement design and mixture specification for runway, taxiway and apron, coordinated to international airfield standards.

Result. A complete design package delivered for an active international airport program.
